Fuck... just saw this thing on the tube. Hot looking car... Saturn reinventing their image?

170hp/163tq, 2.4L 4 banger, RWD...SHIT!

Could certainly use a turbo, but with 170hp and likely a lowish weight, this car is moneybags. RJ, buy one.

I think its fucking hot.... price should be under $20k.

Supposedly a turbo version in the works also, GM already has a turbo version of the engine in an Opel.

I think it looks awesome, especially the rear end. 170 hp seems a bit weak, but a turbo is always a good idea!

also just saw it on the football commercial today. I think it's pretty hot, i was wondering what it was. I actually thought it was opel and their roadster until i heard saturn Confusedhock:. I like the overall appearance (first saturn for me). A turbo with those numbers for n/a would be f-ing sweet.

if it is based off the solstice... does the solstice also have plastic body panels? does the sky even have them? will it reduce the weight significantly?

Saturn is phasing out the plastic body panels due to customer complaints about them. (Smell and fitment)

I'm holding out for the Nomad, a rumored 2 door hatch based on that platform.

i think a used S2K would be a solid competitor to this car except that it wouldn't have as much time left on the warranty and such.

i hope the sky is successful, it would be nice to have a true domestic sportster-type of car in the mix
