I had no time to get my wastegate ported and I'm sick of daisy throttling the bitch around town because of my fear of boost creep. (With open exhaust and boost set at 5.5psi, I was hitting 9-10psi+.. stock is set at 9psi so with open exhaust... 14psi+... I don't think so)

I'm with RJ. Do you still have that beast cat-delete pipe? Why not just dial back the boost like you had it. I'd rather have my boost creep to 10 with less backpressure than have it all choked up and hitting 10.

If it running the way it should (the way you haven't ridden in it Rex), and the way it does occasionally, it will hit 9psi by 2800rpms and hold it til redline. If I let the exhaust open and let it creep... when it's cold, it goes BAM 5.5psi.... slowly 7... 8... 9... 10 and when it's warm, it goes bam 5.5psi 7... slowly 8...

Now If I set the boost back up to 9psi.. it hits fuel cut at 10psi. Peter and I are the only ones that know what that feel like... and trust me, she don't feel healthy at 10psi when the fuel stops flowing.

I will get my car running healthily before I modify it. I will not listen to the forums anymore. I will read the FSM. The end.

Step 1 is replacing the boost sensor now.... and get it running proplerly. Then I can port the wastegate on a spare housing and add that on at the same time as an intake/cat removal.... the right way to do it.

TIIs are not very receptive to very high boost like a lot of other cars. TIIs need a good bit of fuel work before they can even see 12psi reliably.
