They're like race karts but sillier!

If I wanted to kill myself I'd go out like David Carradine, not James Dean, thanks.

by a Five-Point Palm Exploding Heart Death Punch? I'll take the Jimmie Dean way out, thank you very much.
Ahh nothing like some Paul Walker-style commercial park racing to get the blood flowing

i feel like those would be absolutely thrilling/murderous to drive in damp conditions.
they also look like they desperately warrant a roll hoop

Yeah I can't help but notice that most of the race videos I've found are not particularly thrilling. If driven like we drive real karts, I too wonder how they respond to wheels getting tangled, grand turismo style dive bombs, and wall contact? I'm sure they're cheap to fix but I think a rollover would be inevitable. But if they were designed for safety, they'd just start looking like real karts again, and somebody already thought of those. :dunno:
Solution could be a rollover sensor wired to explosives that ensure a clean death instead of regrettable injuries. And talk about exciting for spectators!

forget the hoop altogether, let's just keep a hot iron plugged in and when you roll over onto your face/arms you just have to get cauterized on the spot. it'll also make post-race drinking mandatory to forget the trauma, yay!
