Looks like some serious hardware is gonna drop this week at Geneva, not the least of which, is the 991 GT3:

The production P1 will be unveiled as well (although there's not much left to mystery at this point), the Ferrari hypercar, and hopefully BMW will finally show the F30 M3.

I use to not like Porsche at all. Just never really interested.

Maybe I am getting old or joining the rest of the people in the world, but I am starting to love them. It started with the GT3, but now I am starting to like turbos, and just carrera S as well.

As far as this new GT3........YUUUUUUM. But I would take any of them over history of the GT3. Naturally aspirated RWD with a linear powerband and the sweet music of a German 6.

I'm with you on Porsche. For a long time I was just kind of like "meh" but now I'd love to be able to afford one. Maybe our tastes are more refine now? :dunno:

I think Porsche has been refining their formula in the right direction for awhile now. *Puts on flame suit* Once they decided to go water-cooled, they were able stay respectable in the power-to-weight ratio game, and they've largely kept weight down in the 911 and Boxster/Cayman. Styling-wise they've manage to keep making the 911 and Boxster/Cayman look sexier withouth changing too much.

The thing I like is that they've made the overall shape of the cars look much better since the 996. I think a lot of Porsche purists hated the 996's headlights, I liked 'em, but looking back at the shape of the car, the 997 and 991 both look a lot better.

Then there's the advent of some nice hardcore models to the 58 different trims of the 911. I love the idea of the GT3 and GT3 RS. Would also love to scare myself one day behind the wheel of a GT2.

I think it looks pretty cool, but shouldn't really be considered a "hypercar" since it's not that much more powerful than a aventador. It's light so it will probably be very quick. They are only making 3 and they all sold for $3.9 million.

The lambo looks good to me, but it kind of pisses me off that there are only 3 of them being made. That's not really that much different than someone building a top fuel dragster in their garage...woohoo..there's only ONE of those in the world...mehhh

I can't believe the name of the car is LaFerrari. That is the stupidest name for a Ferrari, or any sports car I can think of EVER. At least it looks a lot better than the Enzo did. I don't know why they couldn't just call it the F70.
