FS: Ikea Malm (Queen, Black/Brown) Bed Frame

Umm, yeah. Finally moving on up, and away from ikea furniture. Headboard, sides, and end piece + slats and other crap. This is a 'platform' style bed, so you don't need a boxspring. There are some light scratches on the side pieces from my asshole dog, other than that it should be good to go.

I think on CL people are asking for $125-150 range, if someone from here wants it $50.. (and if your bringing a pickup truck, you dump the mattress)


Still deciding to put up other items soon - but if anyone wants a head start...

- Kitchen table w/leaf (should seat 8?)
- 4 kitchen chairs
- 2 bar stools

Barstools/Chairs have remove-able slip covers (white) -- I'll include them with the sale, but I'd suggest buying new ones if you cant clean them up to your liking.

Oh yeah... have matching nightstands for the bedframe, ill throw in both for $20 more.

Guessing the bed is a touch too wide for a full? Queen-only?

IIRC, Queen also = double, but yeah I think a Full would be too small for it. I mean I have the mattress for it, but its old (at least from the 80's, and has a nice hole chewed it from my dogs puppy days).

I've got a nice queen mattress I'm likely looking to get rid of later this month. ~4 years old, works great for me. I don't know if people do used mattresses? It's pretty clean. Coincidentally, it has lived in a Malm bed its entire life. Getting rid of because wife thinks it has everything to do with her bad back as opposed to the fact that she's in terrible shape.
