Hey, I'm Zach Gordon and I'm from Yorktown, VA, freshmen this year. Right now I have a mk4 VR6 Jetta, but my first car was a 5.0 swapped FB, then I had a 2.slow Jetta which I miss dearly, and then I blew up an n/a FC (surprise ), so now I'm back in the German game. I've never done autox myself, but I've ridden a lot with my brother at NASA events and VIR in his LS2 FD, so now I'm hoping that I can actually drive some, especially the college challenge. Definitely looking forward to everything MM is doing this year and getting to know everyone!

Yeah, that's the one. They had a kid in July though, so he's been out of commission for a while.

Sounds like Check Control on the older BMWs. This morning, I was informed that my coolant was low, and that my headlights and taillights were out.

Welcome Zach! I know I and at least one or two others have ridden in your bro's car at VMP and summarily shat our collective pants. That car is awesome and has routinely given me bad, bad thoughts.

As others said, make sure you make it out to the meetings and the auto-x!

Zach/ Dave I'll make it 3 from Yorktown. I graduate in December so I'm glad someone from Yorktown will keep things rollin. I couldn't make it out to VIR last weekend because of work but I'm planning on coming out to Summit Point first weekend of November. Hit me up if you want to check it out, I'll probably make a day trip out of it.
