alright... so i ran around w/ g's battery, which was at 12.6V when i started. bike started fine, ran fine, and right when i hopped off the battery read 12.9V. all is good then, right? my battery is on the charger.

the propper way to jump a motorcycle from a car battery is with the car off. At least thats what i've always been told...

I thought you got a new one and were charging that. The one you hit with the car battery is probably fried.
