Focus + Tractor trailer = Carnage

Well, on our way to my brother's from my two hour (!!!) interview in Lanham, MD we were southbound on I-95, about 4 o'clock, and....

we were rear-ended by a loaded tractor trailer.

Oh yeah.

Once the car was cut from the tractor trailer, we drove it away. Going to take it to Dallas Hollar tomorrow if I can, and tell them to look for anything that could possibly be wrong, at all, and how much to fix it.

And yeah, Julie is pissed speechless.

MM balances out. i picked up a brand new '06 ford focus from enterprise rent-a-car today. well, its for work and i'm not paying for it or keeping it, but it had 12 miles on it when i rented it. i've already squealed the tires on it though

glad you guys are ok, damage wasnt as bad as i thought, when i think of being rearended by a tractor trailor i see a lil focus being sandwiched into an accordian

It could have been alot worse, we know we're very lucky. But we *did* get hit by a tractor trailer.

Glad to see you all are doing alright. I definitly pictured much worse with a tractor trailer being involved.

On another note...can you use the tranny support from an automatic?
