I didnt mind driving mine on the street. The only thing it impeded was turning my head over my shoulder while backing up, which i just used the mirrors for anyway so it wasnt a big deal. Side vision isnt impacted at all.
Probably wouldnt want to daily drive in it, but for a track car its fine.

If you fit in a sparco circuit, I highly recommend it. Its a great seat. Its just too bad they dont make a slightly wider version.
The recaro ProRacer w/ head supports is wider but much much more expensive

Unkefer made a big ass deal for me to tell Boobies that a seat with a Halo is very good and effective against a side impact and that what he had orginally told Boobies was wrong. Just thought everyone should know.

Here is my revised order from tank slapper:

(2) Sparco Circuit in black (fiberglass): SKU: 892
(2) Sabelt Racer 2 in black: SKU: SABZ101030L

(just check "pair of seats" since they discount for pairs)

(2) sets of sparco competition mounting brackets in black (steel): SKU: 490

I also need 2 basic steel side or bottom mounts for the sabelt racer 2 seat and mounting hardware for all 4 seats if they have any. Just let me know if you need my NASA member number and when we might be able to order. Thanks Andy.

I'll send it to Matt Bookler. Last I spoke to him, he told me about how the Bookler flaggers came to be and also that we would be getting a bigger discount than the 25% and 5% NASA rate.

He's working out the pricing. I haven't committed to anything. I know that you'd consider another seat if the price was right. He said he's working out the shipping and would get back to me today. Also,neither Rallynuts nor Demon Tweeks have responded to the last few emails I've sent. But with the free shipping and the discount, Bookler's prices are comparable to RallyNuts before shipping costs.

I noticed the prices on seats that I said that only one would be purchased e.g. Dave's Evo2, the discount is only 9% as opposed to the Evo1 which got a discount of 19%. I emailed Matt about it just now so we'll see if the prices drop for the Evo2, Circuit and Sprint. Also, shipping is included and he's cool if we each individually ordered our seats so we can avoid the clusterfuck joint payment.

When everyone else gives me the go ahead, I'll get price quotes for the little stuff e.g. sidemounts, harnesses, harness pads. So if you're cool with these prices, post it and let me know if want Bookler to price harnesses and what for you.

Sparcos are made in Italy

Looks like going through bookler will get you pretty good prices and the least amount of hassle by far

Bookler got back to me and confirmed that additional seats get the same discount. So according to my math,

Evo2 476 for a pair

Circuits are 560 for a pair.

Sprints are 181
