Hyperfest is in July. With that target date in mind, I'd like to have everyone interested to have a list of stuff they want so we can make an order the first week of April. Can we do that? This would give rollbar guys another two months settle that issue.
The other issue are rollbars. Autopowers are fairly inexpensive but the 140 freight shipping from the west coast will really offset any savings as compared to having a local shop fab your roll bar. Having said that, who would be interested in having Piper fab your rollbar. If we can get 4 guys to do it, maybe Piper will cut us a little discount. Granted they're busy as shit, 4 rollbars is almost 3k's worth of work.

I figure if we all buy the stuff at the same time, we could save on shipping from whoever and also, maybe if the order is large enough, where ever we get it from will be receptive to a discount. But yeah, I was thinking rallynuts. I'm getting seats/harness/rollbar but anyone can get anything as long as that shop sells it. Does that make sense? I may have confuse myself with all this abstraction.

Rollbar will have to come from Kirk or Autopower if you are doing a bolt-in - and they dont do group buys unless you're all ordering the same part, if at all.

I might only do seats because the prices for G-force harnesses at saferacer are a lot less.

I'm not firm on a place but I think we should figure out exactly what we want, make a spreadsheet and shop it around and see what pops up. But as of now, it seems like rallynuts would be the cheapest.
For ex. I believe I am buying two sparco evos, G-Force Harnesses. I think the rollbar would have to be ordered locally in order to control for shipping.
