 for Summit Racing
#1
I just wanted to give a prop to Summit Racing. I ordered some parts last week, they got here quickly, but I was missing my VDO Oil Pressure Sender, it just wasn't in the box. The invoice said it was, the order status said it was, but it just wasn't.

I remembered this morning, so I called and within a few short minutes and without having to give them a novel of info, they had a new one on the way. I then asked if I could pay for expidited shipping so that I could get it tomorrow (Since VIR is Thursday for me) and he said "no problem, I'll have it there tomorrow." (No Additional Charge).

Assuming it gets here tomorrow, I give them a big Thumbs Up!

For being a *huge* operation, I've always had good experiences with them too. And since I'm back to working on a domestic truck, their catalog is much more relevant Smile

Their prices are really competitive as well. I just wish their website was a little better organized and had more parts for imports.

Yeah I agree, not much import selection. I also wish they had more road racing stuff instead of Drag only.

I also give them a huge thumbs up. Buying off their website usually ends up saving you a lot for higher amount things, like cylinder heads. They are usually already below other places, AND the shipping is free and you dont pay taxes. Ive had to return a couple things too, and they never ask questions.

I love there stuff too. A lot of my smaller stuff, coolant catch bottle, starter heat wrap, some ss lines, all that is coming from them. Best prices (of any big place) and they seem to have good people working the phones too.

Summit rocks, as does Pegasus racing. Both get stuff to me in a few days and shipping is very reasonable. I don't have to wait a week or more for parts from them. It is actually nicer than going to Speed unreasonable here in MD.

i love em, very good for stuff like gauges and plumbing, however i hate thier "Sport Compact" magazine they luckily carry alot of parts for cars on their website though. I have gotten my shipments in as little as a day and no longer than 3 days. Sent a Voltmeter back and had my oil pressure gauge two days after i shipped the voltmeter back. Amazing service.
