So you all are going to get there late evening? Did you guys wanna eat dinner there at some specific time or something? As of now I have nothing to do on friday (except get my swaybar/shocks/springs on if I dont get em done today), so it would be nice to have a time if one could be agreed upon.

That's fine she'll be able to tell you whos name the rooms are under, although my guess would be Chris P, Andy Lee, Pete, or Alison since those are the MM workers (assuming Pete hasn't made his own arrangements and informed Laura of that).
