Fender Rolling Tool

Two related questions:

1. Does anyone have a fender rolling tool I could borrow? And I'm not talking about a baseball bat, I mean the real tool that attaches to your hub with lug nuts and extends to the fender.

2. If 1.=no, Who here is interested in rolling their fenders? I can rent one with a little bit of trouble from guys I don't know on various forums, and we could have a fender rolling party....

I could prob get the bimmerworld guys to send theirs to you for a few days assuming they haven't destroyed or lost it. Only for use on cars with motors though. :lol:

250 bucks, not THAT bad I guess. Maybe charge people a few bucks to use it. Could be worth the investment. I have heard you should practice on a junk car before you do it for real. No this has me thinking about running 225's, dangit.

If I were to buy a fender roller, who here would be interested in renting it for $40 to MM folks? I'm finding that most charge $50-$75, and there's all sorts of red tape. If I can find 4-5 people that can commit, I will probably just buy one.

If there aren't enough people, no biggie, I'll figure something out ;-) (bat...)

personally I would do it in the summer, on a hot day, in the sun, with a heat gun and a couple hairdryers.
