Is there some kind of flyer in digital form for us to share?
Is anyone meeting anywhere to drive down to the autocross?
Are y'all even advertising the autocross?
What are the classes?
What are the prizes?
Is there a map for what classes are parking where?
Where do we show up to register? Are Credit cards taken?

Meet in R1 at 8am, Leave at 8:15am for Verona Gov Center
Danny never included the autocross on the poster, but I will try and update Facebook info with the autocross, post it on Instagram, as well as make announcements at the Car Show itself. Not sure which of the officers was talking to Ray about coming out this year/sponsoring the event/etc.
Classes are: (This I am making up as I haven't heard any officers confirm a list)
4X4
Euro
Japaneese
Classic
American
Motorcycle?
People's Choice
Prizes as of now include: HyperFest Tickets, Hyperdrives, and Rally tickets, not sure if the officers have secured anything else like free autocross, detail bucket, trophies, etc.
Map is same as last year, can be found here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1vEi5bc...9qbN8dIPlX
Credit Cards are not accepted, Venmo and Cash only. Register at the entrance, we will have people directing traffic.

That's too low quality to post anywhere with confidence. Use the link I provided which is directly from the Photoshop export of the original poster.

1) stop hosting on Google drive please
2) don't post information that isn't confirmed by the officers
3) talked to chase, he'll upload a better quality one

Off my personal drive, what’s the issue?
Had been three weeks since an officer posted in here, assumed some info was better than none. Also prizes were confirmed by me emailing laur and layout was confirmed by Jackson.

We won't be able to bring any cars to the show on Saturday as we are autocrossing that day. I can donate two, buy one , get one half price certificates for the autocross as door prizes. I can email certificates.

Awesome!
Jackson, can you please confirm the classes? It's going to be an absolute shit show if you have 100+ cars trying to get into the lot and you have to explain the classes to all of them.
Also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE organize the way the cars come in, line up, register, and park. Imagine having 20 cars in line to register. If they back up into the road, you're going to have a very bad time.
Can you please share details on how the show is going to work? I've seen zero communication about any of this on here. Maybe you have it all in your head, however no one else is going to know and it's going to be a mess.
Can you please update the Facebook event? It's literally 6 lines of text and it's absolutely embarrassing.
Do you have a map of where the classes should park?
Do you have worker positions/times arranged?
Someone to man both grills? Compensation for those people?
Someone to go get everything from Costco the morning of?
Someone to get gas for the generator? Someone to play music?
A family friendly playlist?
Is there a party planned?
Is there any plan for people to drive down to Verona?
If you need help. Please ask. Don't suffer silently and let shit get out of hand.

Ways to mark off sections for classes to park
Before the Show:
-Update all Social Media with all information
-Have a meeting with all members to assign worker positions (Don't make someone work the whole show) - You need someone at the gate to direct traffic, 3 people to help cook and hand out food, someone to get food in the morning, multiple people to help transport stuff to and from the lot, someone to lead the cruise, someone to announce prizes, judges for the cars (Please don't let everyone vote), people to direct traffic inside the lot, people to help take registrations, someone to handle selling merchandise
- Create a map of where people should park
- Create an action plan for how to handle lots of cars coming into the lot
- Action plan on how to get everything broken down and taken away from the lot before the cruise
- Plan to get people to help set up the party after dinner
- Plan to get people TO the party
- Plan for when to get judges to submit votes, when judging will take place, and when awards will be handed out (Announce this information. People need to know_
- Plan your little speech for the award ceremony
- Plan when to start cooking (10 AM is a good idea)
Taylor maybe you should run the show

Thanks for the checklist Taylor, we're sorting out jobs and should have it posted here soon. If anyone would like to volunteer to help out during the show please post below and we'll get you on the schedule for something. ALSO, if any alums are interested in judging let me know so we can get you down for that.
The facebook event should be updated by the end of the day today.
Here's the map for the show this year
I'm down to do whatever you need, except cook.
