"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth

Liquor stores are privatized and I shit you not, you can earn reward points at some of them. This one is a few miles down the road. I can't remember what the rewards are, but I do distinctly remember that if you got into the 6 figure+ in points they will like pay for a trip to the Bahamas or something!

Yup, pretty much every liquor store here has them. Nice to walk in sometimes and realize you have a $10 credit or something towards your next purchase. IDK about a trip though, that's intense.
The concept of a state run liquor store blew my mind my first time buying down at JMU. So strange. Then again, here in NY you can't sell liquor and beer in the same store because, reasons.

3.375% is insane. 30 year fixed here at 3.75% and that was insane in 2011. I considered going to a 15 year fixed to bring down the price, but like the flexibility of just paying more a month and being able to back off in case "worst case scenario" happens.
