Hey y'all, my name is Pierce and I am currently a AGIS senior at JMU. I first got interested in cars when I was allowed to take a gf on a date in my Dads SL65 AMG mercedes, and surely after she never stepped in the car with me again :lol: . I was now hooked to driving his car whenever I got the chance and watched youtube videos of cars for hours (became obsessed w/ Euro cars such as ///M3's, AMG's, Audis and my favorite "Frankenstein E30 ///M3"). With that said on my 21st birthday I was fortunate enough to get the car I wanted, an Alpine White M/T 135i. After 2 years of driving her I was used to the power and decided to add a bit more mods. So I made some money working and got addicted to adding more and more power.
MODS: AFE dual cold air intake, BMW short shift kit, Berk turbo back exhaust, AR catless downpipes, Active Charge pipe, Active BOV, AMS Front mount intercooler, COBB V3 tune, APEX EC-7 wheels
I am now infatuated with turbo charged cars and hopefully one day my dream will come true to swap a nice S54 platform into a E30 and throw a ESS supercharger on her or possibly a fatty HPF turbo kit.

^ Agreed. Leave it alone. However power it makes now is more than enough, 470rwhp is suicide territory unless your name is DJ. Shit, I make like 220rwhp and at the top of 2nd I'm illegal on any road in Nova, and the top of 3rd is reckless driving anywhere in the state.

The best possible way to make your car faster is to log some seat time in a controlled environment. Forgive me for being crass but if you have the money for that car and those mods, you have the cash to sign up for an HPDE. Its like $370 for the whole weekend and you get six 30-minute sessions on track with an instructor. You'll come away from it with a whole new level of appreciation for your machine and better on-road awareness and skills.

If you want to keep modding the car for modding's sake (I'm always plotting my next project too) then I'd focus on suspension, thicker sways, rear camber arms and adjustable top hats for the front. That'll allow you to dial in a perfect alignment after installing the coils. A set of gauges from Leatherz would be pretty sweet too.

Post some pics! I love Alpine White and I love EC-7s, sounds like a match made in heaven.

Some people are more interested in POWARRR, nothing wrong with that. Definitely need some more pics. Have you drag-raced it and gotten some et/mph with it?

Glad to hear you are coming out to the autox, who knows, maybe we can get you addicted to that Wink

I think for all that power you have, a hyperdrive would be more up your alley. It's like a twisty mountain back road with no cops, and the ability to do a 80-160mph (with your power), run every single lap mixed with twisties and more twists of fthe throttle from 60-100. For $50 for 30 minutes...

Nope, have not worked on campus. And I've seen one 135 around campus and it was interlagos blue.

Dragged it at eastside with MM and I believe in a 1/8 mile I got a 8.54 without the COBB/Intercooler (both just came in mail last week). Ive done a few autox with the porsche club and SCCA at verona and can't get enough of it, just get tired of staying in second gear the whole time. Deff want to make it to next hyperdrive at summit!
