Annual College Challenge Autox Sept. 29 (SATURDAY)

Ok guys the annual College Challenge is coming up fast so it's time to see who's coming and what's going on for it. I'll be there in my STS Miata as always and probably get there early to help Ray set up since the lot is about a minute from my apartment.

Cool, let me know about Sunday when you're sure. Scott K. is looking for a co-drive Sunday and I told him if you weren't running my car then that he could run mine. Some R1R's will be corded that weekend :twisted:

Is your car an ST(XorU)? That'd probably get a nice pax score.

If you register for an ST class you don't need to add "Street Tire" as a pax modifier as it's already implied.

Now, for those of you who want to register for TIRE and have a Modified, Prepared or Stock car you'll be thrown into a catch-all class where all of those cars run against each other and are judged based on their original classing pax score (fastest time wont win the class but fastest pax time will).

Is the competition based on finishing position or PAX? I can't remember.

Last year at least we took the top 3 highest pax score people from each school and averaged them for the school's score. I assume that's how we'll do it this year but that's an assumption, not sure who decided it either the college club leadership or us (BRR).

It is a long way off for me to be 100% in but just got some new all season abominations and picking up my new rotors and HPS's this weekend so possibly in for college day

Once again, our house will be open to Alumni coming down to stay. We have 1 Queen sized bed, 2 twin sized beds, 1 futon, and 1 couch. And plenty of floor space. All I ask, is that you let me know that you are coming, so I can have the rooms ready and towels and such ready. Oh and first come first served on beds.

Oh, and Julie. David L and I would be coming down and would be much obliged if we could steal beds/floor/yard. We're pretty flexible depending on numbers and all that.
