You're also welcome to drive my car if the bimmer gives you grief.

Too kind, too kind. I may take you up on the couch offer.

Justin: Nothing serious. The car has a check engine light now, a thunk in the rear that I hope I can ignore if I don't see anything, the brake pads are completely worn through in the back, and I boiled the brake fluid last weekend so I guess I should replace that too. I have the parts to fix, I just have to get it done.

I have one of those pressure bleeders if you want to use it this weekend. Im lazy and I love my open trailer and pressure bleeder. I just pull the car up on it and dont even take off the wheels, just use the open part of the middle of the trailer.

Its also great for discovering clunks/inspecting the car cause its nice and high. Ill probably bleed my brakes at saturday's autox if you want to borrow it as well and do yours.

you said you autox with John W sometimes, right? I think you both live in nova so if you can get the sparco evo seat from him, I can meet up with you at this autox and trade. I know its last minute and if it doesn't work out, then no sweat.

Awesome. I may take advantage of that. I will probably re-torque my subframe sometime over the weekend. Looked up there last night. Nothing moves and I didn't see any holes in the floor or anything crazy so, maybe some cracking in the plates but that can wait. Finished up at 2am last night, gotta bleed the brakes tonight and I'll be there fo sheezy. Look for me bedding my pads on 81 Saturday morning.

From Hburg,

Verona Exit > Take Right off Exit> you'll pass a Mcdonalds> cross RR tracks and at light take Left, (I think its the second light after you get off the exit)> go about 3/4 mile, next Light you'll see a Subway Take Left> Govt Center is on your Right.

Words can't express how awesome our MM presence was all weekend. From Saturday as great instructors in DJ, Jake, Peter, and David Lonnquest. Sunday, despite the craptacular rain all members present did great in the autocross. Good work everyone!

Great two days of BRR! I really enjoyed instructing at the rookie school... both of my students made some solid progress which was nice to see. Had a blast today driving and riding and heckling, even with the rain. Lincoln and I fought the good fight in the Miata... and he got me by 0.01 sec or some crazy low margin. Well played, sir.

Official results from the Sunday points event are here.

Some pix from Ray's Flickr, will keep an eye out for moar:

I was on streets, albiet they might as well be slicks  Results frustrated me a bit because it was only rain in second and third heat, but first and fourth heat got the dry. Went out for a fun run in the dry and got a 58.16, would have been enough for FTD :?

Best tires ive ever had. Ill probably be getting another set. They last forever and still have really decent grip! Ive done 22 autocrosses and 8 track days on this one set.
