Get it tagged tomorrow and then take/post pix!

I'll let Tyler tell the whole story (hinthint: make a project thread!) but the seller was a nice guy, the car is in really solid shape with low miles, and he got a decent deal too. Congrats

Congrats man, I know there is a wealth of knowledge in MM to help you with the M3. Although I am sick of seeing nothing but M3s in this club. We have met the limit, no more allowed!

Congrats, now save up $500 and do the whole cooling system. (mishimoto radiator, stewart water pump, new fan and clutch (or go electric, I have one available), new hoses, expansion tank, and bleed the system). Thatll make it bulletproof in terms of the engine.

Invest another $500 later down the line to do a suspension refresh to make it all new down there (will make it handle better than just throwing shocks springs on it).

THEN you can mod it, and trust me, I dont mind helping you with any of this. Check my project thread for more info, you picked up a GREAT car for a first car and the car can grow with you and go into MANY racing classes. For now, keep it stock and enjoy it. (or buy my stuff for sale Tongue)

Totally agree. The cooling system will be one of the first things I'll upgrade though, but I'll wait until spring to do that. Right now I just have a belt thats squeaking that I need to tighten and various cosmetic exterior and interior things but anyways, I'll make a thread and throw up some pictures tomorrow evening after I get her washed and looking all sexy.

I'll be asking lots of questions when the time comes to mod tho, just be warned Smile

No belt tightening on m3s, its all hydraulic. If its squeaking it needs a new belt or tensioner.
