June 19/20 HYPERFEST! (and who's doing the kart enduro?)

Damn nephew...Decided he doesn't want a graduation party now so I'm now free from a trip to Richmond on the 19th and it's waaay too late to get into anything but Hyperdrive or TT. Maybe I'll do a Hyperdrive session...

Do they do "lunch laps" at this?

Haha, I'd love to do some serious timed laps as sort of a baseline but competition license or HPDE 4 level is required.

Yeah, I was referring to Time Trial by "TT" but I'm just saying you need a TT comp license or be at HPDE 4 level to participate.

The laps are apparently timed during an open passing session, I'd be a danger :oops:

Soooooo who can bring a grill?? Ive got some chairs and a 10x10, if anyone has some of course bring them! Never have too many chairs. I will be bringing some beer,water and food as well. We will also have a radio and tarps for the ground as well if it starts raining a bit. I am unsure of the entire mapping although I know workers are more towards the grass, but I think itll play out fine once we are there.

Could one of the officers bring plenty of helmets that meet safety standards in our club as well as the Madison Motorsports banner?

Still want a team? We may be adding somewhere between 2 and 5 more teams depending on kart count. But we won't know for sure until that afternoon/evening. :twisted:

The two helmets that we have are now out-of-spec... we are working on getting new ones (and more of them) in the fall.

Banner had to be left in H-Burg because it wouldn't fit in my car, I was loaded down pretty good. Sorry mang.

Oh Jon, forgot to mention we have a karting team. G, you are welcome to join, its Mike, Trey, and I so far. $40 bucks a person. I cant promise a good performance from me as ill be "enjoying" the festivities of hyperfest by that time. Whens the kart enduro start?
