I will make this declaration for this event only if you sign up tonight: I am opening my car up to a co-driver that is part of MM and has at least decent manual driving experience. This is an opportunity for a current student to jump in a fairly well prepped NXD E36 M3 for the cost of an entry fee. Its not on the best tires (heat-cycled RS2s) but it has proven this opening season to be enough to do damage until I can get time to actually work on it. (Received 1st place in NXD for both NASA Mid-A circuitcross and Autocross and 2nd in PAX out of 117 with Capital Driving Club). Last co-driver (Mike D'Amico) was 15th in pax out of 117 with this car.

I ran that setup on my E36 for about 15 minutes before I put the shiny catback on. It sounded disgusting. :lol:

No noise restrictions between noon and 5:30pm.

We have been authorized to start running (muffled) karts at 11am for this one.

Please be as quiet as possible when coming onto the property, going to and from tech, etc. Thanks!

As it turned out, Wednesday actually meant Tuesday night in terms of sending emails to cancel the site and insurance. 24 hours before that deadline (i.e. tonight) we needed 12+ more registrations to have enough workers for 2 heats. So instead of dragging things out for another day and getting maybe a couple more signups to then turn around and refund, we decided to go ahead and cancel. We weren't gonna get another dozen signups in ~24hrs (we got like maybe 2 or 3 signups in the last 36 hours)... call it a feeling but I've been putting these on for many years now and I made the call, so be it.

Sure, we will make it up... Jul 25 @ VIR-Patriot, and Oct 24 @ VMP. :dunno:

gyadamn... I was looking forward to doing two autocrosses this weekend. CDC on saturday and I guess maybe I can work on the m3 a bit, still no chance of making it ready for the 15/16th Jon. I really wanted to sign up for Shenandoah.

AI is running an 8 run autocross at Blue Crab Stadium in Waldorf MD on Saturday too. 8 runs, 4AM, 4PM, and lunch included for $60 for SCCA members.

I will be in Hburg for graduation.
