We'll be talking this event up at tonight's meeting to get some current student flaggers. People have already expressed interest so it's just a matter of taking names and sending an email :thumbup:

I just got the 411 from Packer this weekend about additional help in T&S. We only have budgeted spots for 2 tapers and the Chiefs. Those 2 tapers for the time being are myself and Alison Denbigh. Others are welcome to come and tape but don't expect to get paid. That is unless Laura can get more budgeted for other events. I would love for Casey to come hang out. Even if she wants to come and surf the 'net and watch how we do thinks Mid Atlantic style. Downside is, she may not get paid unless Laura finds other stuff for her to do.

Does anyone know anything about purchasing one day insurance? I've heard of people being able to cover their car for just one event, I don't know where i did though. I still need to place that anonymous call to my insurance and see if they do cover HPDEs. Doubtful.

This was like Monday that I emailed her.

Looks like we have 2 current guys (Nate & Steve) looking to do weekend #2 of flagging, and three more newbs for their first weekend. That is a good amount of people to transport to Danville.

Can anyone say ResponsibleBus!?
