HellaFlush
#1
Alright, so as a car lover, and as a gift to other car lovers, I must share this with you all. Hella Flush is a great site, if you haven't already seen it, where cars with great wheel fitment get spotlighted. AWESOMELY cambered, super slammed is typically how it goes, but this site is kinda my life. Smile This is what makes me drool over a car. There's some random funny cars that get posted, but for the most part, they stick to clean and "hellaflush" cars. enjoi

hahaha. really? that sucks. well of course, I've never met the guys. They're chicago based (and mainly street drifters)- i've parted my way for the most part with the street crap. But yeah, they've got some clean cars, but that's about it; don't know em personally.

some sweet cars. i'm more of a fan of flush wheels with some meat on the tires rather than the "down and out" hellaflush/VW scene look but some are really well done.

also just to bust balls, theres also hellafunctional which was a faction of the subaru community that got fed up with people killing their WRX's suspension geometry sacrificing grip just to get the hellaflush "stance". Tongue all in good fun.

I love stance, but I dont get the point of having "stance" with 17x7.5 wheels and moving the offset out, when I can have 17x9 or 17x10s with meaty ass tires. Plus I love me some 4wd look that is inherit in my cars to get them to not handle like shit.

I like the look (I really love that IS300) but it's a really stupid fad. I'll stick with non-rubbing tires and functional amounts of wheel travel.
Why do people just post what they are thinking? Without thinking.

Im diggin this...But i just cant get down with stretched tires, unless its a VW. Why get a 10inch wheel and put a 225 on it?

LOL actually just ordered a hellafunctional sticker earlier this week. I mean I guess the look is alright, but like Justin says- why waste a 10 inch rim with tiny rubber? I bought my car to drive

There is something that really bothers me about skinny tires on cars that could potentially handle well. I guess it's taken off in the BMW crowd. It's just not my thing.

That said, holy moly this helps make time fly when I'm bored at work. Thanks for the link.

haha. alotta hatin on hellaflsuh. lol. i totally agree with what y'all are saying about functionality. but stretched tires are great to a certain point. of course, the majority of these cars WAY overdo it. and you have to ask yourself, how many of these guys actually USE their cars... haha.

my mindset is I'll stretch just to the point I need, to where I'll lose my sidewall flexing. I would never in my right mind stretch like half these guys do. There's definitely a point between functionality and looks. As for the rubbing, roll them fenders, camber out just enough and you're set Smile The guys I know who've got their cars slammed and flush don't deal with rubbing at all. More so with scraping the ground... *ride height is a whole other topic... hah

The wheels on my car are HellaFlush when you corner hard enough (at least on one side.)

I would rather punch my mother in her groin than join a crew like Risky Devils. Take a quick browse of their website and you'll agree with me if you're a normal non-ricer.

I follow their blog http://riskydevil.blogspot.com/ Their cars ain't rice. I like to follow their fresh cars and the drift vids they post up. They definitely spot certain guys on their site that are ricery in my opinion, but think they're on there for their wheel fitment. But Risky's cars arent rice man. I personally love their taste they put in their own cars.
