Lets do this! I can't go to the event on the second but come to the 8th the 16th or the 22nd to see the debut of some new secret weapons.

This is true, however I'm not in the Harrisonburg area anymore as I have graduated. For those back at school or in the area, definitely an option.

Hmmm... choices choices. Definitely doing one this weekend, not sure on Fedex or CDC... or both. Peter have you run at that training center with BMW before? Hope to make it out to at least one of those on the 8th or 16th.

The lot in Sykesville is kind of small. I'm going up there to break in some r-comps aka secret weapons and to run with BMWCCA. It's probably the size of the lot in Verona. Come out the 16th though.

Just registered for the CDC event in Bowie- saw that I would be running in the afternoon with SCCA and decided against that...

Road trip + autocross = best last Sunday of actual summer ever.

Went down to Salem today to christen the new car's maiden voyage autocrossing at my helm (I'm not over the Supraboat terms).

The course - very fun, and probably the trickiest one I've tried yet. Immediate left after the light, followed by a wide right hander; as the turn straightened out there was a pointer cone telling you where to go, but it looked like a pointer cone from a different section as the course doubles back. Threw a lot of people off I think, me included. Got one decent run in however.

The car - f yeah. Pictures would have you believe it could use some sways, but it felt flat and tight. Driver needs a reflash, though.

Good looking pictures, car needs driver mod before real mods (yes coming from me, please dont smack me). Let me know the next Verona one and ill come down for a JMU weekend/autocross to hopefully improve my driving skill as being pace car even for this past weekend made me realize how bad you become after not being out there for a while, and how bad I was anyway lol.
