didn't see Hot Fuzz, but did see the ATHF movie. It was... eh... ok I guess. You'd have to be a pretty big fan, which I am, but they seem to be running out of steam. Maybe I should have seen it in the theaters, oh well.

Ok so it's not Friday yet, and technically for me it's a Monday.... but I am so uber bored. It's pretty cool though, they're blasting for a new pool / rec center in the community and it's right across the street from my model. It's cool as shit to see the fuse spark all the way across the ground and then a gigantic mound of dirt explode and feel the shockwave :lol:

Right at the end of Gleedsville Road in Leesburg (along the backside of Oatlands). 8)
Usually around this time of day is when they finally detonate the dynamite. They spend all day drilling the hole down through the rock with this big bore machine that makes a sound like the phone is ringing. If you're ever out this way in the middle of the week and stopped by you would probably catch a blast.

That movie is one of my all time favorites now, I loved it. Saw it twice in theaters and once on a plane, it just never got old. I'll get it on DVD soon, anyone who didn't find it funny needs to go somewhere and die

So it's friday, but I'm not bored. Maybe because I happen to be in SF. I've been at google for most of the day and I have a few observations:
1. These guys bring "nerd" to a new level.
2. The food is insane. I had eggs benedict and some kind of gourmet shrimp n grits for breakfast, then seared lamb with garlic potato things for lunch. Mmmmmmmmm
3. They're super secretive. I can't go anywhere with out being accompanied.
And finally...
4. Not only do they have heated toilet seats, but when I tried to turn the heat off the toilet got mad at me and squirted my asshole like some kind of bidet. All I could think was "DOES NOT WANT!!!". To make things worse, it then started blowing warm air on my ass which resulted in poop stage fright. Let's just say I'm not a fan of the Gpotty.
Besides that SF is a pretty damn cool place, I'll even get to see MM's favorite hippie later tonight at a show. Apparently google has free beers at around 5, I'm just holding out till then.
