I was gonna ask how F4 was really any different than all the other driving games out there. Then I remembered I play CoD.

Microsofts last wheel was wireless and probably way more useful than whatever that is. Imagine playing one of those race gameson you phone using accelerometers to turn. Now increase the graphics and physics of the game and try and to the same thing. Not exactly a racing sim if you ask me.

Saw commercial for ace combat 7 I guess it would be. I bought the 6th game with the flight stick for $125 on ebay, played it for 3 weeks and sold it for $250. I might need to go on the hunt for a cheap flight stick and grab me a copy of 7...I have fond memories of that game, perhaps it was the profit it brought me.

How much you looking to get? Just not trying to pay full price. Have you tried ebay? That's where I got mine, I forget how much I paid but it was significantly lower than retail for a brand new adapter.

Just out of curiousity, anyone else in here play with gaming headphones? My girl and I have butted heads on weekends since she likes to sleep in late, and I'm up and playing video games. Apparently, roaring engines, squealing tires, and gunfire are not the sounds she would like to wake up to.
Anyway, I bought a set of Turtle Beach X12 headphones and I'm a believer now. I've been going back through old games just seeing what I've missed with my crappy TV speakers. I've gotta say, the coolest little touch I've found was in GTA4. I had just jumped out of the Escalade looking SUV, and taken cover behind the front fender when I can hear the steady "ping ping ping" of a cooling motor.
They're fairly comfortable too, enough that it's easy to sit through a movie with them on without disturbing anyone. I also like the fact that the boom mike rotates out of the way against the headset when not playing online. And speaking of the mike, apparently sound quality is much improved to other folks who you are talking to. Not a big deal when racing, but if you're more of a CoD player that may be a factor.
I don't think I'd shell out $150 or so for a set of TB's higher end stuff, but at $60 I'm pretty impressed with them.
Shoulda just got these, they're $0.25/pair.
