Next up is room selection:
3 rooms upstairs (actually 4 but the 4th is tiny) and 1 basement room
-MBR: same size as the other 2 but it has a bathroom
-room 2,3 share a bathroom
-huge carpeted room in the basement with its own bathroom
Put Matt in the basement so you can't hear him banging the ugly chicks.

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth
I haven't been out to the place yet obviously, does the basement have walk out access?
yes there is a sliding glass door
this is the basement, it is huge
Id like to take either the MBR or the basement room, havent decided which. For fairness we should probably go in order of commitment to the place so Jay will get 2nd choice
Wooded area = bugs in the basement.....
Have fun

Evan, your find so I say you have first dibs on a room. Personally I'd prefer either the basement or one of the non MBR's.

If you convince her to bang you make sure you take pics.

in order of preference:
1. basement
2. one of the non-MBR
I venture to say the basement gets cold as shit in the winter, so that fireplace will probably get a lot of use.

I lived in the basement of my house for a year and a half and it was freezing during the winter. It sounds like its either hit or miss. But still, I dont know about the rest of you, but I would much rather have a place a lil to cold than to hot. Its a lot easier to throw on an extra blanket to get warm...
