Next up is room selection:
3 rooms upstairs (actually 4 but the 4th is tiny) and 1 basement room -MBR: same size as the other 2 but it has a bathroom -room 2,3 share a bathroom -huge carpeted room in the basement with its own bathroom

I venture to say the basement gets cold as shit in the winter, so that fireplace will probably get a lot of use.

But still, I dont know about the rest of you, but I would much rather have a place a lil to cold than to hot. Its a lot easier to throw on an extra blanket to get warm...
