So, Bruce was formally diagnosed today with Canine Hip Dysplasia. We've suspected it for a long time, but now its official.

We've started him on Glucosamine and a weight reduction diet, but the likely course of action will be hip replacement surgery in a few months. Wish him luck!

Poor guy. Joan's old Golden Retriever had it. They gave him glucosamine and tylenol which helped for a while. Good luck.
