I think the new GTR looks....nice. After all it is a prototype so they'll probably tone it down somewhat and change things, thats a given. Oh and that car above is going to be some 100k-Plus dollar Toyota/Lexus supercar thing with some weird name.

Apparently the production model won't bow until 2007 (as a 2008 model). I don't know why all the hype then, that seems kind of silly so early in the game. I know they're trying to let people know that the Skyline will be back but its kind of a cruel tease.

I remember when Mitus leaked early pics of the Eclipse. It looked really nice with rumors of turbo-four packing 280 hps and as Rex pointed out earlier, they really f'ed it up big time. I'm concerned that if the concept is ugly, the skyline is going to look terrible.

Then again 400 awd hps changes everything.

Nissan hasn't made a good Skyline since the R32, IMO. They just keep adding weight and extra shit, making the car more grand tourer, less sports car.
Who knows WTF Toyota is doing with the supra. Based on everything they have made recently, it will have a truck platform (since that is where the main USDM focus is right now) and will have pathetic specs and numbers in comparison to the rest of the competition b/c the designers will forget it is supposed to be a sports car b/c they haven't made one it almost 10 years.
I didn't click the links, just looked at the pics of the prototype, but if that is what it will look like, then I'll pass and take the 50k and import an R32 instead.

the 6th gen. honda accord wagon that comes turbo'ed and AWD from the factory! ha, i don't want it and i didn't even know it existed until i did some research for my power point presentation.

i would have liked to have had the escort cosworth over here. other than that....maybe the renault clio V6? and it would be nice if it was easier to get a hold of a noble M12.

Well Europe gets various Type R Hondas, and Renault Clio V6's, Seat Leon Cupra R's, TVR's, and maybe the Noble M12?....cars we don't get. But then again I doubt theres a large market in the US for several of these cars......especially the French ones. These days I'm sure the tables have turned....what with our SRT10 Vipers and C6 Z06's. Then again when I lived in Belgium there was a dealership down the road from my house that had Lambo's, Ferrari's, and....Saleen Mustangs. Lots of them.
