my only thing is that TTF is probably a waste of time. TTF cars pop up from time to time (but not often in the MA), there is a ton of drama with them, they are stupid competitive at nationals, etc.... if you are going to TT you might as well be in a class where you can get some contingency.

Yeah that's the thing I'm worried about no comp in TTF. DJ mention PTF is competitive in NE?
I think I just need to get my car dyno'd to see actual power, strip the car to lowest weight possible if I really want to know actual W/P, and talk to chief to see what he'd theoretically give me for a reclass.
I need to dyno the car. i just had someone mail me a stock intake tube to put back on the car during the dyno sessions to see how bad it really is vs. the tube i have on there now lol

Roll bar (1.75" DOM, 4 point, cross brace, and harness bar), 6 point RaceQuip harnesses (hans style driver/regular passenger), snap ins/eye bolts, backing plates, hans w/quick clicks, seat brackets, and two Corbaeu FX1's ordered (Driver side - pro, passenger side - regular).
Roll bar gets here in 4-5 weeks so I'll be installing sometime after then.
I'll have to see how my ghetto booty fits in your FX1s

FAT If it's more than a 36 which I don't think it is, you won't fit in my passenger seat.

Also, I need a bigger car. The seats would only fit on the passenger seat...

Is that the SFI high density roll bar padding, or the squishy sponge looking stuff?
If not SFI, return it, get the SFI padding please.
Looks awesome!
Ryan, if you need SFI stuff I have two sticks left over from doing my rollcage. I'll sell to ya at cost.
Trucks help with things like transporting boxed seats, FYI
Looking forward to seeing this all installed!

Yeah Pool noodles are not exactly the safest shit ever. Pick up the SFI stuff. If you can squeeze it with your fingers, just imagine how much it will help with a 20lb bowling ball of a head at a couple Gs to soften the blow to metal. (hint: not at all)

That's how far away the roll bar is away from the seat, about 4 inches supposedly from what Autopower said when ordering. I just bought something cheap because Kaan mentioned it and I didn't know. Do I really need any padding for the top?
If so I'll just buy yours Jake.
Edit: I understand everyone's concern though. I definitely don't think the padding a bought was the safest...

Yes, you definitely need it. The rule is "anywhere your head could hit" so the top of the main hoop, and a little bit on the sides of the main hoop (kind of by the shoulder area of the seat).
I think I paid $12 per stick so... $24 and they are yours. I can bring them to April Summit and we can slap it on then. Make sure to bring zip ties as the sticky backing doesn't work.
