welcome! Too bad you can't make it to the show. If something happens and your friends cancel or whatever, you should definitely stop by!

To continue with these off topic posts which are more exciting than the original topic:

I need to weigh my car. There is a scale at MIR but I have never used it. I estimate the weight of the car when I run it at the track to be 3100 lbs with me in it but I'd love to have more than just a good guess.

i bet you're less than that. i weighed my accord for fun at slummit when they still had the scales out, and with all my gear in the car, and me in the driver's seat, i only weighed in at like 3270. without my spare and tools, probably 3200 even.

rotorsownyou7 Wrote:Thats cool, I am an alright driver, and to the guy how said automatics don't give the car it's full potential, maybe not it's full, but the Stand-Alone ECU let's me control whatever. Shift points at 8000 in an auto? Anyway, nice to meet you guys. I would come to the car show but I already had plans to go to NOPI on that day with some of my drag racing friends. Maybe I will make it to something else you guys have.

You spent enough money and time to put in a standalone ECU and didn't bother to put in a manual transmission? For shame...

Welcome to MM.

I am 99.9% sure I have the lowest HP rating in the entire club. (Save, of course, those relying on footpower) It'd be nice to have a few more drag racing enthusiasts here to balance out the club. So, welcome. Smile

Standalone, $1000. Manual $4000. Which could I afford? :?
