I have the JK so if I need to go play in the mud I can. Plus the Cummins has sapped my buying power for a bit.

Jeff Wrote:Love it! Thanks Jeff. The ball joints are completely shot, not sure why? So I ordered some Dana Spicers from ECGS this week. Also, I have a u-joint or more likely a centering ball in a drive shaft that is on it's last breath. A buddy of mine gave me a new drive shaft with a good centering ball so it will get fixed soon.

UPDATEZ!
The 3 link is in and it worked flawlessly at Jeep Jam Saturday. It may have been a Jeep dealership show, but they put on a good obstacle course. I beat the absolute piss out of the Jeep today and it never skipped a beat. Had a bunch of different people ride with me and every single person complemented on how smooth it rode and flexed through the rocks. I really noticed that it doesn't roll or "kick" back when it tries to climb anymore. Instead, it just bites and goes. Only thing I don't like about it is that the lower mounts are too low, but I can't expect much more out of a "kit". I was surprised at how well it went through the Jersey barriers. I saw many bigger (and much taller) rigs struggle on them. I had to use some technique, but I got it through just fine. The cross member, frame rails, and rear bumper took a hell of a beating today. Anyways, I'm not sure why, but the vid quality sucks. But you get the idea.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_eYBcLaFe4Y https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXFBsXKrF6M ![]()

that looks pretty fun. not having done much off roading other than in quads, i was pretty impressed with the video over the concrete barriers. you went over that faster than i can take a speed bump. saw the sign for the jeep thing on my way home saturday night, need to check it out next year.

Thanks! The barriers were something I've never done before, but I caught on and learned to drive them. Try to come next year, it's a lot of fun!

So I rebuilt my rear leafs and they came out taller than I wanted, so I leveled out the front with some 4.5" springs. I hated to go up any, but honestly it brings my up travel/down travel ratio closer to 50/50, which is good. I was only at about 3" up travel, so more is good. It will NOT go any taller than this.
