i booked a room at sleep inn for two nights (not three). its a non-smoking suite though, so its got the pull out couch and all. as always, if anyone wants room, i'll pay for one of the nights, and let you all figure out how to split the rest.

Add Thursday night for me. I'll pay for that and let the rest of the monkeys figure it out. Does the suite have 2 beds?

done. arriving thursday the 21st. its $99 a night for the suite. i think its got a king bed in the bed room and a seperate room with the pullout couch. its got a ton of floor space too.

im gonna end up getting a room as well, cause my dad is going so we will have some floor space to for friday and saturday night. Im assuming my dad doesnt wanna have to sleep on the floor. Maeng which sleep inn?

i just checked and they want 206 a night for the king suite, did you call and get like a special NASA price or something?

its the sleep inn thats sorta close to the track. the # is 434 793-6090. the $99 /night rate is the special nasa rate.

my dad and i got a room at the sleep inn, king suite with pull out sofa. Friday and Saturday night, chip in and ya get some floor, first come first serve, you can also have 1 cot in the room for 10 bucks a night.

Dave and linds will probably be there but why would RJ? He's made it clear that he wants nothing to do with 4 wheel road racing any more since he's not doing it directly.

Pete already said he's left MM and won't be back for an indefinite period of time, and 85xr.com has no apparent information.

As for evan, well, who knows. But given the events he went to last year I wouldn't expect him to show up at cold-ass VIR.

Only one person from each team needs to be there for the start, others can come later and climb in. It is that person's responsibility to relay any info from the drivers meeting to all their late arrivals. We try to make it so it doesn't cut into everyone's HPDE time... and all of the kart enduros later this year will start later in the evening, we just can't do it this time due to daylight (the twin 90min races in late March will be 6-7:30p and the twin 120min races in late July will be 6:30-8:30p.)
