SS- It is a Shelby Daytona. They stopped calling it the Daytona Shelby Z in 1988. It will not be done by the carshow sadly.

I would be concerned that if a tranny can't handle a dyno pull that it wouldn't even make it to the show. It's not like a drag race start on a dyno man.
The only thing that stops a bad guy with a van is a good guy with a van

right, but time is in there somewhere - you have to go some distance in some amount of time to get a measurement - which is where "quick as possible" comes in

With an auto you have to bring up the revs until the converter locks, then floor it you're not doing that from a stop, even on a clutch you don't start out at idle. |
