i really liked how the shifter felt before, stock civic shifter + gsr linkage...
so who knows.
You extended the lever so you've increased the distance.
Two feet.
Dah, I wasnt even thinking when i posted that. I guess i'll be testing it out whenever my car gets off jackstands.
I'd like to see if the shifter position will be a good enough trade off for shift distance..
Nice progresso Navin. What are your future plans? Honda Challenge? Time Trails?

Def. not honda-challenge, might try a time trial in the future, not near future though.

...fuck
And to keep this technical, Coors light kegs ARE NOT the same size as regular 1/2 size kegs... they bulge out more Hence the ghetto-ness..
i've got a kegorator too... those kegs with the bulge in the middle fuck things up for everyone

does this look right?
I can phyiscally move the metal collar where the bolts go into, but the rubber (purple janx) expands/etc, is something wrong or am i just freaking out?
ballz!
Navin, they're fine - the metal shaft has to move with the suspension

Werd..
Time to get these bitches pressed in today, and then put the rear of the car back together...
And then I get to take the front of the car apart, yay!
Heh, just got the rear TA bushings pressed in for the amazing price of $0.
Thanks to my buddy Tracy at Advanced Automotive, dude comes into my cars. I give him free beer, and he presses in my bushings
Anyways, going to pick up a front sway/lca's/etc this weekend, so I'll be visiting him again to get I think Orijin front LCA bushings + Mugen Compliance bushings.. wewt
And because I have more pix I never uploaded, here you go.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
some chit i forgot to post up..
sp00m mirrors - hate those mickey mouse EG mirrors
bye-bye whale penis..
wewt!
Rear TA's are on, just need to go back and tighten/torque all the bolts down. Was gonna do the ebrake cables, but I think i'll just use a buddies lift and make it that much easier on myself
Next up is making some money to order new bling - Orijin Spherical Front Lower/Upper LCA bushing's, and Mugen compliance bushings, Mugen OilPan, and a fresh set of Azenis.
I just might be seeing you fools at VIR in March if all goes well, and if you really wanna help come in to my bar, HAH!
EDIT : Oh yea, some drunk retard at my house (not myself for once!) knocked over my GSR radiator from where i had it stashed away. Looks like a good number of the fins are somewhat bent. Hooray for pissing away $100, and now I have to go buy another radiator.
the new bushings making a noticeable difference?

Well it sure takes a hell-u-va lot more effort to move the rear TA's manually
And I like the piece of mind of getting rid of all the old worn bushings.
Good work. Quietly making progress, I see. Hope to see you out at VIR.
Two feet.

They will but its not huge.
Replacing the rear TA bushings and front LCA bushings with sphericals will get you 90% of the benefit.
