Nis01 Wrote:That's not at JMU. Sorry, I can't justify going out to BRR for Auto-X when the DC region is so close. If there was one that MM put on at JMU like we did a few years back I'd be there though because it's a MM thing.Dragon Wrote:http://mmsports.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4954white97dsm Wrote:any of the Nova Alum heading down for this???Carshows aren't my thing, now y'all get another auto-x at JMU and you can be sure I'll be there.

Matt's making excuses.
My "reason" is that I have to finish up my trans swap. Sorry guys. Not to mention that i don't want a dyno to confirm that my car is, indeed, slow as shit.
Two feet.

.RJ Wrote:Verona is ~20 min from JMUThe point is, if I want to compete in a region's Auto-X it would be DC not BRR because it's much closer to me. If MM was to host an Auto-X like we did several years ago I'd be up for that because it's a MM event even if it is the same distance as BRR region Auto-Xs.

EDIT: No need to bring kid now
I will be there for show and dyno... I will be putting in the new injectors Friday and definitely making the dyno runs. Last dyno it ran out of fuel at 5900rpm (duty cycle hit 100% and A/F went to 14+). I will try to put together a couple timing tables as well and hope they let me reprogram between runs. See you all there!

if you come early, you should definately be able to do that, do not come later in the afternoon u will not have the chance to do alot. We open @ 8, so if you came earlier in the day you would have more of a chance of tuning.

Had a great time, and congrads on your first fall car show. I wish I could have stayed longer and socialized, but the dyno took longer than I thought and we were going to Luray Caverns and were on an EXTREMELY tight time schedule to get back to Richmond so my friend's dogs wouldn't make a mess in the house (they held it for 12 hours FYI).
I love that part of Va. My grandparents live over in bridgewater, so I have been there many times, but never in downtown H'burg. You'll see me back in the spring if you have one then!
