to answer your questions jason, it does have a washer/dryer, i just asked about the detached having power, and deposit will be first month's rent due at lease signing.

one other thing I should mention, if you are looking for a chill frat-type house that is nasty, dirty and you dont clean up after yourself or chip in then this isnt the place for you. Im done with dirty houses so everyone will be expected to clean up after themselves in the common areas (especially the kitchen/ food mess) and do their share of chores, pitch in for common household stuff, etc. No f-ing around here, you have been warned, and Ill go drill-sergeant on your ass if you bullshit me.

for all those that don't make the cut i'm also looking for a place (with sufficient garage space of course) near Arlington .....yeah i know it's a stretch, but i'd like to find a house in or around Arlington if anyone else was interested. I just wanted to move in with people that i knew and liked. My time frame can be adjusted, but i'd rather move in late July or early August.
