I have it on DVD if anyone wants a copy, but that was the single biggest clusterfuck of a race I have EVER seen. WTF was w/ that guy in the caddy pushing ?whatever? (I forget) into the tirewall at 14, OMG!

And #77 blackforest lost the race b/c they pitted 'out of sequence', ie the pit lanes were closed, bullshit, this isn't nascar, they are just 1 step up from grassroots racing, let them pit when they need to dammit.

I thought a field of 88 cars would be interesting. Hell they could have split the race in 2 and ran the ST cars later, race would have been better and probably gone by quicker.

Yeah Moto GP is Tivo'ed.

Yeah Chad they definitely should've split the GAC race into two races. They certainly have more than enough cars for it.

On the Caddy crash it looks like his front driver's side suspension was broken when he was driving in the grass to behind the tire wall. Maybe it broke under braking and caused him to lose control?

Matt wasn't that the team you were crewing for?

Yeah, although I wasn't responsible for the Caddy, I was working on the 997's. The crew members of the BMW actually tried to come up to us after the race several times and fight. Immature pricks.

Chad, I'd like to get a copy of the DVD too if that's ok.

No way, if something was broke he would have come over much faster, he just sort of pinched off the other guy (BMW?) I watched it several times. Regardless he should have NEVER pushed it that hard, it wasn't for position he was just being a jackass.

That's pretty dumb. Sure, the Cadillac ended up demolishing their race car but trying to fight the other pit crew isn't gonna solve anything not to mention the fact that none of you guys were driving the damned car anyway.

WTF dude, did you not read this thread and realize some of us haven't seen the race yet. If you want to talk about the race, go create a new thread with SPOILER in the title so those of us that haven't seen it don't have to have it ruined by reading what you write.

uh the race is about 8 days old now, i'd suggest if you don't want to hear any more about it then don't click on the thread. Its not like we got an inside interview of some movie that is yet to be released.

Exactly, and one wouldn't reasonably expect to find a Moto GP spoiler in a Grand Am Cup thread.
