Well, I was the one that messed up. GrandAm ROLEX was on TV yesterday, GrandAm CUP is on next weekend, even though they both ran this past weekend :roll:

Yeah I would've preferred that they just showed it yesterday but then again I would've tivo'ed it anyway. I can't complain too much though because there was a lot of racing on TV yesterday.

hey whatever, the end of that DP race was an edge of your seat spectacular! hock: Those poor GT cars are just moving cones to those guys, I'd hate to be out there being in the way and getting ignorned by the cameras in my GT car. :? Unfortunatly it was one of those moving "cones" that changed the finishing order IN hogpen on the last lap!

Yeah that's what you get with multi-class racing. Or sometimes you get that with single class racing where the backmarkers are stupid slow...*cough* AMA Superbike *cough*

We were switching between F1 and Grand Am and I didn't stick around for the end of the Grand Am race. I think we tivo'ed it though.

Tell you what, from the clips I saw the Grand Am Cup race looks WILD hock:

That was a great finish. Holy shit. Those things take rollercoaster and hogpen like nothing and those poor GT cars, they looked sooo slow.

nah, probably top of 4th. I was doing a good 130ish when he passed. To give perspective when I came out of oak tree he was entering the uphill esses.

Damn. When you said watch for him after oak tree, I was waiting and you were more than halfway through the back straight. I just assumed it would take another lap thinking there's no way you'd get rolled after getting so much runway and then .. . zoooom. He'd rolled you like you weren't moving at all.

It was much better watching both in person :-D Speed said they may decide not to air the Grand AM Cup race considering we had all of like 10 green laps.

Damn, I just deleted it yesterday. You didn't miss any racing, because there really wasn't any, except at the very end for 2-3 laps. The crashes were spectacular though.

Yeah if someone could put together a highlight video of the crashes (and the spectacular near miss) that's all you'd need to see. The Moto GP race however was a must see 8)
