The lone reason Im still with my company right now is because we are opening up 1 to 2 "National Distributed Delivery" offices in places around the country that are sunny, warm, with cheap cost of living and good supply of talent (read: college sluts abound) Charleston looks like #1 and #2 looks up in the air. ps- gas tax is higher in MD, and gas is actually cheaper in VA even in ritzy Mclean...

Yeah Charleston is definitely not a move up from NOVA. Cheaper yes, but that's about it.
