actually
the whole point of doing the swap, atleast in my case, is to get a tachomater. I can easily get an eg gauge cluster with a tach and swap it in. Im not trying to rip anybody off here. edit: I suppose if you went through the trouble of doing it back and forth you could easily beat the system...but I dunno...just doesnt seem worth it to rip somebody off like that.

nope. you need a not-actual-mileage title.
Official documentation has to be on record with DMV now maybe your honduh buddies dont do it, but that doesnt mean its legal or the proper way. having been scammed by an odo rollback, Im well aware of the laws and procedures. |
