for those who haven't heard, GT4 release has been pushed back:
Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) announced a new ship date for US gamers. Gran Turismo 4 moves from a ship date of December 14 to a ship date sometime in the January-to-March window of next year.

saw gt4 at jgtc this weekend... the game visually doesn't look much different from gt3. those screenies are all bs, as we expected. the only noticeable differences (from watching people play, i can't comment on physics) are that tachs now have different looking redlines, new cars, and there appeared to be a different tire status monitor...

Yeah I'm not very excited about GT4 at all. I might actually pony up the money to get a decent setup for GPL and LFS instead. I suppose I should play GT4 so I can win the inevitable MM GT4 Tournament though.

GTR is looking promising. although the handling/physics is too arcadey for my taste.
seriously man, you are wrong! LFS is the best. Did you ever drive the kart? Sure, most of the cars don't have much grip, but it's a realistic lack of grip, they just have shitty tires. I still maintain you have it setup wrong. But the kart, man, that's a different story. It's got stick. And more cars are coming soon.....
