I was searching around bored last night, looking for stuff to spruce up the IS when I found this conversion kit. Tell me what you guys think?

The first one is like $72 shipped from Ebay, probably a Taiwanese knockoff, while the second one is $175 shipped from a vendor on the IS300 forums that also posts up on Ebay.
What do you guys think? It would require taking the headlights apart, but I've done this 3 times before on my car and a few others. I guess what I'm concerned about is taking them apart again if one of the rings goes out. They're supposed to have a 50,000 hour life, but who knows how long they last with all of that direct heat exposure from the HIDs.
I think they look REALLY good though, but I do have a touch of rice in me. What do you guys think if I was to get them, cheapo version or more expensive + warranty?
