Kinda miss my roots with busted shit, so I decided to get another e30. I've been thinking about a swapped car for too long, but wasn't really looking when this one came along. Cliffs notes:
1990 325iS (160k on chassis)
95 M3 motor (3.0l, 90k miles) and tranny
Decent exterior.
Crappy interior (but crappy seats will stay for awhile because they're heated).
It needs some attention in a couple places. The biggest thing is that it doesn't quite pull like I thought one of these would...but I'm kind of torn between blaming that on the STi (this should be a decent match for it but doesn't quite feel like it would be) for altering my perception of speed and wondering if something is actually wrong. Compression looks good so it's a solid motor, but I'll start looking at everything else as well.
