We should get together and look at some ads or something, Ryan I know you have more experience since you're in a house now. What is Maggie/your other housemates doing, graduating?
Best thing to do right now is to look around in the newspaper and ads on websites. Look for pretty much anything. I dont personally want it already furnished (probably wont get that anyway with a house) relatively close to campus, within 10 minutes. Also id rather not live in the ghetto.
