I'm not entierly sure sunchase though, and I'm not a full MM'er yet. Just throwing it out.

Thanks man, I'll keep that in mind. What other places are you looking at? Who else are you getting the place with? Townhouses like P-run and Squire Hill are on the top of my list, but I'm pretty flexible about all of it.
