They'll take 2 laps to get up to temp most likely, so just bring them up to speed slowly. Cold they'll probably still have more grip than the street tires though.
They will slide, but the slides are smaller and require smaller corrections to get it in line. They also dont make any noise when they start to let go, just gotta feel it in your butt/steering wheel. If I dont have all 4 tires sliding on the entry of T3 and T10 at summit, I'm going too slow
