I think (I hope) the rolleyes was towards the access restrictions on the campus forum. Which I didnt even know about until now, and it actually makes me laugh.

yeah exactly that. I have actually tried to post in there already knowing the restrictions but just momentarily forgot, and got frustrated when I got a "you're not authorized to post here" message.
