understandably, you have your reasons for not wanting passengers. I didn't get pissy or cop an attitude with the guy either. I understand the various reasons for not wanting a passenger in the car. However, the tone of voice and wording used was unnecessary ("piss off" was essentially what he said) and he was a cock in general (speeding through the paddock, on a seperate instance told another worker to get the fuck away from his car). I have been turned away from rides on numerous occaisions and never thought twice about the guy being a dick UNTIL that particular porsche driver.
I don't expect anybody to give me a ride on track for my own enjoyment, althought I will admit that a couple rides on track can make working at a corner all day almost worth it. I will also say that getting a ride from an instructor and actually watching them helped out a ton in getting my own techniques correct at VIR (thanks RJ). I'm sure that you guys understand this.
I also think it was a different GT3 Cup car, although I cannot confirm or deny this.
