so tell me, when an incident is clearly one guy's fault, is he expected to pay up? Is it actually a formal thing at all, or just a "if you want to continue as an upstanding member of the racing community" thing, or is it not really expected at all?
I think NASA made the right call on this one, it's not like they could really prove he intended to hit Chad, he just messed up. And hits like that are somewhat common, usually it wouldn't end up in a rollover, but Chad was just extra lucky. :? It was a HUGE field, I'm sure plenty of people out there were a bit overwhelmed. But I think he proved himself quite clearly on Sunday. I guess he thought this whole thing was a NASCAR race.
